Made by a creator, for creators.

Subtitl started on a real editing timeline, not a spreadsheet. As a creator, captioning meant bouncing footage into a separate app, waiting on an upload, fixing the same Hinglish mistakes every single time, then re-importing text that was never really editable.

So it got built the other way around: a plugin that lives where the edit already happens, runs entirely on your own machine, and hands back real text layers you can touch.

Yes — the Lifetime plan is a single payment. Pay once and Subtitl is yours forever, with every update included, even major new versions. It never renews and you are never billed for it again.
No. Transcription runs entirely on your own machine. Your footage and voice never leave your computer, so nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent to a server.
Hindi and Hinglish are included, plus dedicated packs for Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, and Kannada, with more Indian languages on the way. Mixed Hindi-English speech (the way most creators actually talk) is handled as Hinglish.
Subtitl is available now as a panel in After Effects 2022 (22.0) or newer and Premiere Pro 2023 (23.0) or newer.
However many you bought the licence for — the number is shown at checkout and listed in your account. To use a computer beyond that number, deactivate one you're no longer on; you can do that yourself any time from your account, no support ticket needed.
There's no free trial, and because Subtitl is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. We'd rather be straight with you about that up front than surprise you later.
